Kitchen & Bathroom

Start your project

Kitchens, bathrooms and the floors and walls between them — planned once and built by one team.

Start with the whole room

Plan it once. Build it all together.

Most remodels go wrong in the gaps between trades. We plan the layout, surfaces and finishes together, then build them in the right order — so the finished room feels like it was always meant to be there.

Rooms we remodel

Five rooms. One point of contact.

One team from demolition to the last coat of paint. Open a room to see what’s included.

Full renovation

Start to finish, under one plan.

Each stage is finished and checked before the next one starts. That’s how a schedule holds — and how you avoid paying for the same work twice.

Measuring the existing room
01 · Survey

Measure before anything moves.

We measure the room, check what we can behind the walls and note anything that will shape the design — so the plan starts from facts, not guesses.

Floors covered, doorways sealed
02 · Prep

Protect what stays.

Floors are covered, doorways sealed and dust contained, so the rest of your home stays livable while we work.

03 · Rough-in

Checked behind the walls, not assumed.

Plumbing and electrical are checked while the walls are still open. Nothing gets covered up until it has passed inspection.

Walls flat and ready for paint
04 · Close-in

Surfaces ready for the finish.

Flat walls and level floors are what make tile lines straight and paint look clean. We get the base right before the finish goes on.

Before we quote

Three questions for every room.

  • Plumbing locations, load-bearing walls, windows and vents. Knowing what can’t move tells us what the design can do — and what moving something would cost.

  • Where the flooring changes, how trim meets cabinets, how the new room lines up with the ones next to it. Getting these right is what makes a remodel look finished.

  • Every selection still open — tile, fixtures, hardware — and the date each one is needed, so the schedule never stalls waiting on a decision.
