Kitchens, bathrooms and the floors and walls between them — planned once and built by one team.
Start with the whole room
Plan it once. Build it all together.
Most remodels go wrong in the gaps between trades. We plan the layout, surfaces and finishes together, then build them in the right order — so the finished room feels like it was always meant to be there.

Full renovation
Start to finish, under one plan.
Each stage is finished and checked before the next one starts. That’s how a schedule holds — and how you avoid paying for the same work twice.

A finished interior
Good finishes don’t stand out. They make the whole room agree.
How the work moves
Every trade, in the right order.
Measure before anything moves.
We measure the room, check what we can behind the walls and note anything that will shape the design — so the plan starts from facts, not guesses.

Floors are covered, doorways sealed and dust contained, so the rest of your home stays livable while we work.

Plumbing and electrical are checked while the walls are still open. Nothing gets covered up until it has passed inspection.

Flat walls and level floors are what make tile lines straight and paint look clean. We get the base right before the finish goes on.

Three questions for every room.
-
Plumbing locations, load-bearing walls, windows and vents. Knowing what can’t move tells us what the design can do — and what moving something would cost.
-
Where the flooring changes, how trim meets cabinets, how the new room lines up with the ones next to it. Getting these right is what makes a remodel look finished.
-
Every selection still open — tile, fixtures, hardware — and the date each one is needed, so the schedule never stalls waiting on a decision.

FAQ
Common questions, answered plainly.
-
Most kitchens take several weeks of construction once materials are on site, with design and ordering before that. Custom cabinetry, layout changes and permit timing are what usually stretch it. You get a written schedule before work starts.
-
Usually not. We seal off the work area, protect the paths in and out, and plan ahead for things like a temporary kitchen setup or keeping one bathroom working.
-
We handle them: we file the permits, meet the inspectors on site and tell you each result as it happens.
-
You get a written price for the agreed scope. Anything not chosen yet — like tile or fixtures — is listed as an allowance, so you can see exactly what could change. Payments follow project milestones, not the calendar.

We work across your area. Not sure if you’re covered? Send the form with your zip code and we’ll let you know.
