YourBrand (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This page explains what information we collect when you use it, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us in the contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), zip code, the room and budget you choose, when you’d like to start, your message, and any ballpark estimate you attached.
- Your consultation booking: the date and time you choose.
- How you found us: if you arrived from an ad or campaign link, the campaign tags in that link (for example “utm_source”).
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
We don’t sell your information and we don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request, arrange and confirm your consultation, and send you reminders about it.
- To prepare an estimate and, if you hire us, to carry out and manage the project.
- To keep a record of our conversations so anyone on our team can pick up where we left off.
Who helps us run this
We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website.
- Supabase — stores form submissions and bookings in a secure database.
- Resend — sends our emails (request confirmations, booking confirmations).
- Twilio — sends text-message alerts to our team about new requests.
These providers may store data outside your state or country. They are only allowed to use it to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and bookings for as long as we need them to work with you, and for our business records afterwards. If you don’t become a client, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@yourbrand.com or call (000) 000-0000 and we’ll take care of it.
